We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. But honestly, who has the time in a middle of the week to preparea large breakfast buffet? Well, not many of us. But in the long run,ready-made muesli or a bun is not fun....
Therefore, we have put together for you four fast options for a healthy breakfast:
1. Overnight Oats
Overnight Oats - nothing simpler than an oatmeal soaked overnight. Everyone will love this recipe! From office workers, fitness queens to busy mums and children! Yes, kids will enjoy this breakfast too!
Ingrédients pour deux portions :
• 1 mango
• 1 banana
• chia seeds
• almond milk
• 1 spoon of honey
• 1 cup of oatmeal
A night before: mash half of the banana with mango and mix with 1 tablespoon of seeds and set aside. Mix the oatmeal with honey and the remaining half of banana (crushed beforehand), chia seeds and a little almond milk (depending on your preference, more or less, depending on whether you want the porridge runny or thick). Then make layers alternating with the mango puree in a glass or little jar. The next morning, all you have to do is get it outof the fridge and eat it. If you prefer to eat hot oats, just put your portion in the microwave for a little while.
Simple, right? And the best part: you can change the ingredients to suit your mood. Try adding strawberries, blueberries, chocolate chips, vanilla yogurt, milk instead of almond milk.... Possibilities are endless!
Rice pudding can also be prepared in advance and eaten hot or cold. We particularly liked the classic version with cherries:
3.Cottage cheese with berries
A similar consistency, but with a warm note. Very tasty and also quickly prepared:
A large portion of granola is quickly prepared and ready to eat when time is short in the morning. And of course, with your own variant (unlike the purchased muesli), you can adjust the amount of sugar as desired.
